This was part of a housewarming gift for my daughter and son in law, along with a Nespresso coffee machine. While the mugs themselves were beautiful, the packaging they came in looked like I bought them used. Wet on the corner and crushed, the mugs were fine but I was very disappointed with the packaging. Couldn't repackage them in a different box as the box they actually came in was the only box that arrived. If I had time I would send them back but unfortunately I needed them this weekend.

They are very light and very well insulated. They keep the temperature very well. Noticeably better than open porcelain or crystal. But not as good as a closed travel mug. However, they weigh 12 ounces to the brim. You're only getting 10 ounces of liquid for sure. The coffee will be 8 ounces with 2 ounces of cream. The underside is not smooth and feels a little cheap. Bought a set of four glasses. I am very happy with this purchase. Here are some highlights: These glasses were packed very well. All Arrived Safe - Each jar has a smooth inner wall and a smooth outer wall. In general, the shape resembles a balustrade. I chose this shape mainly because it is stable and the glass is less likely to tip over. Because of the handle, this glass looks more like a mug or a small jug.
