Designed to IP66 of IEC 529 and NEMA 1, 2, 4 and 4x specifications. Complete with stainless steel wall mounting brackets and hardware. Plastic construction including hinge pins. Light gray finish. External measures 13-49/64" length by 9-53/64" width by 7-5/64" height; internal measures 12-63/64" length by 9-3/64" width by 6-51/64" height.

Flimsy Plastic Box Fails Expectations

Based on my experience with this product, i can confidently SAY that it falls short in terms of durability. The plastic is flimsy and seems to easily crack or break which is not ideal for an industrial setting... While the price may be appealing, the quality does not justify the cost savings. Overall, I would not recommend this product for any industrial and scientific wiring and connecting projects..

This ABS plastic box is light brown, not light gray as the description and photos show.

The description and photos CLEARLY show that this BUD Industries ABS plastic box is grey. and NOT ABS gray color. If you visit the BUD Industries website you will see that the photos of the ABS boxes are a mix of tan and gray but the description lists them as 'light grey'. The plastic body is well made and has a well-made product shape. In my specific case, I needed a gray ABS color as indicated in the description and photos. I give 5 stars if it was ABS Gray as in the description.
