Designed to IP66 of IEC 529 and NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4x, 12, and 13 specifications. UL listed. Wall mounting holes and cover attaching screws are outside the sealing area thus preventing ingress of moisture and dust. Internal guide slots for mounting PCB assemblies vertically. External measures 4-23/32" length by 4-23/32" width by 2-23/64" height; internal measures 4-15/32" length by 4-15/32" width by 2-7/64" height.

Good for marine instrument bodies.

This is a very good waterproof box. It has a built-in O-ring to protect against water. Ideal for mounting ship instruments. Use the RAM mount to attach it to the boat.
