These bulbs were for my old brass piano lamp. He stands on the piano and stretches over the music stand. There is a lot of light to read piano music.

I buy these for our church organ and piano and have been buying them for many years. They are painful to twist or unscrew. You need someone with small, flexible fingers, and that's not me. Once in, the bulb is large and will last for years.

Not all lightbulbs are created equal and with LED lightbulbs dominating the market, standard lightbulbs are becoming increasingly difficult to find. That's exactly what I need for a pendant light. Thank you for stocking old style bulbs - they are softer and easier on the eye.

Yes, these are light bulbs. Piano lamp bulbs only. They did what they had to do. But the sale goes beyond that. I have found that every purchase helps provide solar lanterns to families living without electricity. In the end I am very happy that I bought from the sellers. I would encourage others to do the same.

The filament in this bulb is half the length of the bulb it replaces, halving the light output. Unfortunately I opened the package too late to return the product. I need this to light my piano and it doesn't begin to cover both sides of the music like my original lightbulb did. I'll find something closer to the original lamp and just throw that one away. If you want to provide random lighting somewhere this will work, but if you "need light" to actually cover the area this won't help.

The first lightbulb only worked for a few days, and on each of those days the lightbulb *may* have worked for several hours. I received them less than a week ago and I'm already on my second bulb. I don't have high hopes that it will last much longer than the first one.
