Burton Customer Service BAD

I really liked the Burton backpack for about a year before it broke. I went to the Burton website to claim my "Lifetime Warranty" and received a confirmation email and another email saying "Sorry for the wait". After weeks of waiting, I decided to call customer service because I needed a new backpack for college. I still don't have a Burton backpack. I am extremely disappointed.
