Item arrived on time and well assembled. The problem is that each panel arrived damaged. Most of them look as if they were delivered, but a few were a manufacturer issue. I couldn't repackage and return it as it's so heavy and I needed something ASAP. I could save a lot of money and buy a Sauder machine instead. I just thought Bush would be much better off.

This office suite is great! Not only the product is excellent but also the customer service. I had a little dig on top of my table and they sent me another platter. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I don't use locks, so I can't provide information on an issue everyone is complaining about. If you follow the instructions you will be fine. Let's face it, castles only keep honest people out. You look great!

The BBF brand is one of the best RTAs you can get and is very easy to assemble with clear instructions. I have been buying BBF parts for 16 years and will continue to do so. This 30" wide cabinet is perfect as a printer stand with room for an inbox on the side. I like it more than a piece of slipway, only 24". This is the second Bush cabinet I've built. Yes, the locking mechanism is rather flimsy, but I didn't buy the cabinet for reliability. I would like Bush to include some sort of plug to cover the lock hole. Assembly was easy and relatively easy. It's very heavy at 89 pounds, but it's also very durable as it can easily support 100 pounds from the top. In fact, I had to order it twice. I bought this cabinet for extra storage in my home office. Outwardly it is attractive, but its assembly caused my husband some problems. (Probably his skills!) I ordered a second shelf which freed up more space for what I needed. Why it's not part of the original proposal I don't know. The lock is pretty crappy so forget it if you're trying to protect protected documents. All you have to do is give the doors a sharp pull, even with the lock closed, and they will open.
