Unsatisfied! best in make-up Cleansing creams

It is written that the new look, but it is clearly not the same product as before. The bottle's original name was Creamy Cleanser and Makeup Remover. This new formula is more diluted with water and does not foam like the original. I am so disappointed. I will not buy this particular product again in the future!

JUST LISTEN TO ME. for makeup

It was hit/miss for me. It doesn't foam at all, although it says "low foaming" but it isn't. But I'm used to non-sudsing cleansers as I have dry, sensitive skin and that's what I usually use. It made my skin soft and made me feel good. HOWEVER the smell is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo vanilla extract and it lingered for a couple of hours which made me turn this product off. It didn't bother my skin sensitivity but I saw how it might be for someone else. The smell was my only real complaint…

Amazing for those with dry/sensitive skin!

Like. It's the only one I use now because I've always had very sensitive/dry skin. Pretty much everything I try to put on my face dries it out like a mofo, and I've spent my life lathering my face in after-shower lotion. But this material is amazing, gentle and doesn't dry out my face! I still use after lotion but only because I use Palmer's SPF face cream which I also recommend because it spreads like a cloud on your face lol all these product brands are boobs

Doesn't foam at all.

I usually love this brand! But this cleanser is more like a moisturizer! It does NOT foam AT ALL, although it says it foams lightly, it doesn't. It feels like you washed your face with a moisturizer. Does not remove makeup, strong fragrance. I'm definitely missing one.

Works great with moisturizer

I love this stuff. I use it as a daily toner because it removes all the dirt from my skin. I have very dry skin so this and a moisturizer helps a lot.

Disappointed: Makeup Remover

I loved this product because Palmers usually has a great product but NO! It may be just me but I prefer a sudsy cleanser, I think it just beautifies my face. This product is more of a cream than a foam. I don't like this cleanser at all, it just feels like rubbing moisturizer on my face and rinsing it off. Didn't impress or disappoint. I will not buy this product again.

It moisturizes very well but does not remove makeup.

Extremely moisturizing. I have found that it does not remove my makeup at all. I prefer to use it in AM. Definitely not a PM as it doesn't delete anything. The scent is a dream! i love the scent
