There were enough compartments and places for everything, but fully loaded it looked like it would burst. It wasn't made to fill all the spaces. Just wasn't wide enough or didn't give enough space to have something in all places. A notepad for writing a checkbook did not fit in the space provided. I had to fold the sides because there wasn't enough space.

Much smaller than I expected and suited my needs. I was unable to properly store my checks and checkbook register after inserting my bank cards, credit cards, insurance cards, HSA cards, employee ID cards, etc. into the storage slots. Everything is done via "cards" these days, so it would be nice to have more larger slots in this wallet instead of putting 2 or 3 cards in each slot.

This is a replacement for my very old favorite Buxton wallet. I expect it to soften with time and use, but it doesn't have much "recoil". It's about 1/2 inch smaller than my old wallet and makes a difference if you're installing a pen or anything else that adds bulk.

This wallet is well made and my checkbook actually fits in it. It took me a long time to choose a new wallet for myself and I couldn't find what I liked in the stores. I finally ordered this one (I don't usually like to order without holding it) and am happy with the size and finish. I hope it lasts as long as my last wallet (10 years) which was also a Buxton.
