📔 C.R. Gibson 50th Anniversary Party Guest Book with Pen, 7x9.75 inches Review

The book part is nice and soft. Everyone liked it. The problem is in the handle. It was glued on. We couldn't use it. We had to twist it out of the book so nobody would try to use it because it didn't come out. I had to get another pen. Too bad because it's beautiful.

Very good guest book. Bought for my daughter's wedding. It has enough queues for 500 wedding guests and stays open with no problems. It also comes with a matching pen, located in the holder on the book in the top right corner. Very happy with this purchase and very affordable.

Super disappointing. I don't know why, but I assumed the small window on the lid was embellished with some kind of metal. In fact, it's glued to cardboard. Looks super cheesy. However, the cover itself is of good quality and the pages are nice, especially the place for guests to comment. I give 2 stars per side. A window in a paper frame is terrible

We really liked the style of the hardcover guest book. But the pen didn't work. We ended up putting the pen away and putting our pen next to the book on the guest table. The handle was sealed with plastic that was difficult to remove. Then the pen got stuck in the cap. After we finally opened it, the pen didn't write. In general everything else was excellent. However, the company needs to do something about the pen.

This is the perfect item for my in-laws 50th birthday party. Color and size are subtle. My only complaint is that the letter and number inserts on the front are a bit small, so it took some effort to place them directly in the window (no visible perforated edges). With a little fiddling I was able to place everything. I would definitely buy this guest book for another occasion.

Too bad I didn't look at the actual dimensions and drew them as when received they were too small for what we needed. We were looking for an entry book for the podium in the church for my mother-in-law's funeral, but they were too small for the podium. We ended up going to Hallmark and bought one of these, which ended up being a few bucks more expensive, but well worth it. I would only recommend it if you're looking for a smaller visitor log, but I wouldn't use it for a funeral or wedding.

I was wondering if it was worth spending money to keep this scrapbook because I knew there wouldn't be many people at my parents' 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Like their wedding day, the anniversary brunch was attended by only a few friends and family members. But I'm so glad I bought it! Everyone signed the guest book and now my parents have a special reminder of the love and friendship of everyone who attended her 50th birthday. Now it's something tangible to hold onto and read about

Bought this as a guest book for my upcoming wedding. This is great as we are creating a very simple and elegant black and white theme. Each page allows guests to write their name/address and plenty of room for comments. (We'll put it up in reception and ask people to come back and comment. There's only about 60 people there, but I doubt we'll actually get a chance to speak to each one individually.) It's lying open flat. which was also a big plus.
