Works Electronics - Audio & Video Accessories

Used this to make up for the lack of PCIe slots on my cheap $15 secondary PSU. The maximum power you can get is 132W at 4 pins (11A at 12V pins), which is enough for most graphics cards when you turn on the 75W that the PCIe slot itself provides. This product now has two 4-pin Molex connectors, so if your power supply has two 4-pin Molex connector bars, you can theoretically provide 2 x 132W with this adapter.

Works as it should.

I wouldn't use them to power a hungry GPU, but they work well for vertical compartments. 2-pack Short cables are good, don't get in the way.

Easy installation - works great

Fits R9 270x Baby - needs another 6 pin connector as EVGA 430w PSU only has 6 pin PCI-E connector. No problems since installation.

As always, it's good to have an extra just in case.

Used them to power the dual video monitor board. Have 2 as it's always nice to have an extra in case you need it for something bigger. Not a quality cable but good for what I needed.

Beware of horror stories, they are just fairy tales!

When I saw horror stories in some reviews I was a little apprehensive but it was just that, stories. I haven't had any problems with it yet, and that's after a few weeks of using the computer for Xbox One games with the new beta app. No overheating, no smoke, nothing. Just right for my needs.

Good quality cable

The pins sit very well in the connector and do not pull or snap when inserted. I use a lot of cables and I think this manufacturer/seller has good cables.

Works reliably, but make sure you have a power supply good enough to power the GPU.

Does what it takes. If your PSU only has a six pin connector and you have a GPU that requires two. ss, this is for you. Just make sure your power supply provides enough current to run your GPU that you want to turn on.
