Cute but heavy for women

This is a really cute and durable bag, but it's heavy. Once I put my items in, it got heavier. If you have back problems this bag may not be for you. I can't use it for my back problems. i will return it

Purse is ok. Packaging and delivery are terrible.

I like the bag but I have a few questions. First, the wallet was not wrapped in anything, just put in a box. Photo 1 shows some wear on the gold metal bar on the front. Photo 2 shows the security tag that was inside the purse. I had to borrow wire cutters and the gentleman cut them off for me.
