Nice, expensive drinking bottle.

I like volume, drinking comfort and thermal insulation. It fits in a standard bike bottle cage. I'm not thrilled with the price, but I don't like the balance of quality and features.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Only available in white

Well not so Sport Water Bottles

I haven't found that the water stays cooler much longer than in a traditional bottle. I also found that the locking knob was too tight to turn easily. I would probably buy this bottle anyway because even if it gives me 10 extra minutes of cold water it has some value.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • I won't say anything

I love this bottle! best sports water bottle

I use a couple of these bottles for long bike rides. The spout doesn't break like the Polar Bottle, so I find CamelBak's spouts to be of better quality. I miss the hook Polar bottles have to pull them out of the water bottle cages and I miss the Polar bottle design. I felt this bottle was easy to squeeze when needed, which is nice too.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

huge dip, too small for a standard bottle cage

This is my first new water bottle in 20 years. My old ones finally gave out so I ordered a new one with all the modern bells and whistles. The first big mistake is a rattle in a standard wire cage. It's just too small in diameter. Then the experience of drinking is terrible. I'm used to old bottles where you open the cap with your teeth, take a few sips and then close it again. This is just a squeeze bottle, after unlocking, you don't need to pull the cork with your teeth, it's so beautifulโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • poorly thought out

inferior to older model

The nozzle is less ergonomic (for me) than the older model and is slightly shorter, causing the rim of the cap to touch the nose when in use. This is the slightest inconvenience and I would never have noticed it if I hadn't had an older model to compare it to. However, the real downside is the bottle itself. It is very difficult to squeeze the liquid out. (I'm an avid 6ft 2in cyclist). One-handed operation for a small person on a bicycle can be dangerous. Daily Use I have reordered an old model

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Secret

Comparison CamelBak Podium Chill vs. Polar water bottle

After years without sport I'm returning to road cycling. I thought it might be useful to compare these two bottles competing for space in my bike cages. First, each bottle works well, and I had to delve into the weed to determine my personal preference. However, if you really like the "design" or color of one over the other, go for it. It's just a bottle of water. That has been said. SIZE: They are almost the same in height and diameter, with no noticeable difference. Both fit well in standardโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Older model
