Misleading Accessory

My problem is that there is no mention of needing a tilt screen for your camera. So it's not a universal gadget and now I have to return it. Does not work with all Canon cameras.

What did I expect?

The product does the job. The screen is still too small to check focus, but big enough to check framing regularly. What did I expect? mirror plastic. Cheap. Here you pay for innovation. For me it was worth it.

Because of this, he lost his microphone gun.

No matter how hard I pressed the mic against the cold shoe inserts of this mirror, it kept slipping off. My ride mic fell off and I lost it while walking around town. DO NOT use COLD SHOE bindings with this item.

Quick easy setup.

At a recent event, a blogger told me how he is keeping to the a7III. It was a small mirror. The thing works great! Pair it with a remote for off-frame use and you're done. If you have a camera whose screen doesn't rotate but can tilt up, buy this little mirror!

Smart design is best in accessories

Thoughtful idea and design, fits most flip screen cameras. My Fuji x-t30 and Sony a7 iii work great with it. The disadvantage is that you can only see the reflection of the mirror at a certain angle, unless you are standing directly in front of the camera, then this mirror is partially unusable. In fact, with such a size and shape, it doesn't fit in my pocket and vlogging with it on the go is inconvenient. A total of four stars for well thought-out design and ease of use.

Very handy for a vlog but delivery was terrible

I am very happy with the product itself and would like to start with it. It might be a little uncomfortable in your hand, but that's to be expected for the price. Unfortunately my issue was with the delivery itself - they put the vlog mount in the same box as the huge £5 jar of protein powder. So basically this little tiny box was so smashed when I opened the big box. I completely missed it being delivered until I checked my account. Luckily the little mount came in a separate faux leather case
