I've used this on my bird cage all year round so I can leave it outside and not worry if it gets too much sun. Has held up through all types of heat and rain all summer long. No fading etc. Great little peaked hat!

I bought this for my husband who from time to time hikes in the rain, fishes, camps and works outside. At first he was embarrassed and wore it to prank me, but now he says it looks fun but comfortable and forgets he's wearing it. My reasons for 4 stars are as follows: The man's shoulders are too wide for a hat and will get wet. There's also a pointy white thing on top of the umbrella that pokes. I stuff it with felt or something. For the price I find it a bargain.
