In my opinion this is the best solution from older shoulder rigs where the grips were not adjustable and were much shorter than these grips making control much more difficult.
I've tried different grip options on my DSLR rig but never got the stability and flexibility I needed. This grip set meets many requirements: rigidity without slipping and a variety of grip positions in different configurations. The solid build quality doesn't feel fragile in any way. Great price I recommend.
