The vision is great! - Welding helmets

I have a very large head, welding helmets usually fall off after a few minutes. This is no exception. I blame my head, not the helmet! Maybe there is a better fit, I don't know. But I like the visibility when welding!

Cons
  • I have doubts

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Already dead when it arrived. Couldn't get it to work!

Ready to use. Clips are broken. BOTH batteries are dead. And even spend $23 at Walmart for NEW batteries. The helmet will NOT stay in auto-darkening mode. It will start dimming automatically. then, in the middle of a weld, boom, the automatic dimming went off completely. Welders need a welding helmet for a reason. THIS HELMET - trash!

Cons
  • unreliable

That sucks. My eyes hurt from using it!

So I wanted a nicer welding helmet. As I use a canaweld TIG welder I decided to upgrade my cheaper YES WELDER helmet to this one. Well the first one I bought kept dimming on and off! Causes flashes and flickers on the screen. After browsing the forums and doing some research, I doubted this and replaced the batteries with new ones. Still shit. Then I tried charging it under the sun... no better. So I returned it and wanted a replacement because I think they have good stuff and it was just a bad

Cons
  • It was possible to choose a newer model
