I bought these lamps to replace ten 60 watt candelabras in our hallway chandelier. The chandelier dimmer was very hot at up to 600 watts. These incandescent LEDs look great because they don't have the ugly white heatsink base found in early LED bulbs. They are dimmable (requires a special LED dimmer), emit light in all directions and at full power the entire fixture consumes just 45 watts. These lamps are amazing. It's hard to believe they only draw 4.5 watts because they put out more light than the 60 watt incandescent bulbs I replaced. When the bulbs are on, they are indistinguishable from "regular" candelabra bulbs. When they're off, they look different than regular incandescent bulbs - not better or worse, just different. The only downside I had was using these lamps on a street light that is turned on and off by a digital timer via a program switch. These bulbs don't show…

I would give this product 5 stars if the brightness of the lamps was below 20% and the overall light was brighter. My goal was to use this lamp not only as a normal lamp, but also as a night light. At full power all 4 bulbs combined are not as bright as the single 60w led bulb in the fixture I replaced.
