I would definitely recommend the purchase, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

I have been the owner of this camera since the first pre-orders and deliveries to 2022, I shot about 50 events with it and I will say that this is definitely the best that is available today, it is easy to pull files up to +4 if necessary, the camera never slows down, the focus instantly works , in complete darkness, somehow clings to the focus where I canโ€™t see with my eyes at all 10 out of 10 Alexander Bulenkov

  • Incredible screen, ultra-convenient touch control in video modes, perfect tracking even on fast objects like racing, when the car flies at you, the focus is concrete to the last! (Iโ€™m silent about the photo, itโ€™s ideal there by itself) ISO is OK, even stronger than on 1dx first If you close your eyes to codecs and have enough memory, then this is an incredible video camera, crazy detail, super 35mm crop is set to 4k, fully customizable tracking , switching by focus faces, etc. Auto face detection keeps focus at 1.4 in front of the eyes, no one else has made analogues from Sony. Unlike all cameras up to 1x2 - when shooting at shutter speed, bulb - you had to wait as long as the shutter speed was . At 1dx2 I shot for 30 seconds - and the photo is immediately shown instantly and you can shoot further
Cons
  • Codecs on video like H264 or anything, if a minute of video didnโ€™t weigh 8-10GB, no 2.5k and it comes out either 1080 or 4k, itโ€™s very disappointing for such moments in such a fantastic camera There is no Wi-Fi at least ordinary, everything is clear what is connected a powerful transmitter for 40k, but it was corny to shove Wi-Fi - a trifle, but unpleasant

I upgraded to the 1DX M-II and the low light performance has greatly improved which is important for school nights out.

I photograph football club and high school football. When my Canon 1DIV finally wore out, I switched to the 1DX M-II and the low light performance improved significantly, which is important for high school night games. Then I can take pictures with a high shutter speed. I always shoot in series; Frame loss due to poor focus is around 2-3%, which is slightly better than 1 DIV. The image quality and the depth I can crop to is much better.

Impressions of a sports photographer.

I've had mine for a week now. I shoot amateur mixed martial arts, a fast-paced sport that takes place in low light. For the last 5 years I have been shooting with the Canon 1dMkIV which has been great for this purpose. I didn't switch to the classic 1Dx because the step wasn't big enough, not with a good working camera in hand. The MkII was a big step and I made it. I will not repeat all the statistics and numbers. These are great and they are all over the internet. I filmed an event onโ€ฆ

Canon 1dx Markii vs Sony A7sii

So many people looking at this camera, probably like me, were wondering which camera to choose: this or the Sony A7sii. I had a Sony A7sii for a year before switching to Cannon and 1dx and loved it. I personally loved the colors on it and it's as new as the back of my hand, but in the end the Cannon dx Markii still leads the way when it comes to video. Pros of the Canon 1dx Markii compared to the Sony A7sii: Video quality is definitely better (once you shoot with it you will notice that theโ€ฆ
