I moved away from Canon last year but have never used my fancy new camera as much as my old Elph. It's so easy to use for great photos. Although my phone takes good pictures, if you blow them up you get distorted pictures. With my Canon, the images come out sharp and clear.

Bought for my mom as a Mother's Day gift. She loves it and found it very easy to use. He takes great pictures. I set it up with a few default settings for indoor or outdoor use. The auto function looks a little washed out in bright sunlight, so I switched it to manual so it focuses more on that lighting. Now all she has to do is switch between automatic mode for indoor use and manual mode for outdoor use.

This camera is a copy of the camera I bought at full price and accidentally left outside. That's a working camera, and I'm a bug. This is great for close-ups and distances, wide or narrow. I won't say you make great digital recordings, but you get enough quality to post on FB and get great reactions. I wouldn't even look at another camera. i love it so much But still I don't have a cell phone so I can't compare the quality with those who take photos. The old school is here.
