all right - exactly as described by the seller and looks well made. Since it's new, I can't comment on durability/strength. One star deducted for hiccups on delivery - the wrong item was delivered the first time and then a replacement item was delivered to an empty house down the street. Updated 10/11/21. This belt reminds me of my Marine Corps days. I had a problem, the buckle was very difficult to undo. I smeared some WD 40 on it and today it's easier for the buckle to unbuckle the strap. I've never had this problem with Marine's belts. The buckle release is still difficult to loosen. I say this buckle is poorly designed.

it works but the buckle looked like it was in a vat with other buckles so was waiting to be shipped like it had been for decades waited for it. The buckles were very tarnished and scratched like hell, the nylon looked a bit faded but not too bad. it works, but it's ugly. Columbia makes a lot better for just a few bucks

I have bought three belts of this style (one each) in the last year and compared to the Columbia brand belt is this particular belt/buckle not that durable in quality. Compared to Columbia brand, the webbing is thinner and not as wide and thick as Columbia's. Also, the buckle is smaller and doesn't close as smoothly as Columbia's. I find Columbia much better and worth the extra cost.
