Bought for a skinny 9 year old girl - MAY fit a 2 year old. She tried to stretch it in case she needed to adjust it, but she couldn't get past her knees. I would guess mfg bug mislabeled?

I recently purchased Capezio Little Girls ultra shimmering tan tights in a size M/S (6-8). This is a cheap version of dance tights, but the quality struck me as average. One of the positive things about these tights is the ultra-shimmering feature. It definitely adds a nice touch to the dancer's overall look. My daughter is a size medium child, solid 10, weighs 81 pounds, is of average height and cannot lift a size large child. Do not buy this size if your daughter is this size - choose adult sizes.

They shimmer beautifully. I thought they weren't as soft as regular dance tights and they aren't. Since the courses are only one hour long, they are ok. I wouldn't recommend wearing them for a few hours as they get tingly to the touch after a while. If you're buying clothes for shorter periods of time, they're great. Very beautiful!

My daughter is 40 pounds/44 inches. It fits the Capezio size chart for small sizes. When these tights arrived they were very tight around her stomach. After 30 minutes in pantyhose my 4 year old daughter started tearing the inside of her right thigh. I am so disappointed with the price and the brand. The size is too small even for their own recommendations in the table. My daughter didn't scratch her leg anywhere in this short dress either. Period.

I bought these for my three daughters who are ballet dancers. I bought black and light pink. They were very tight for my 7 year old twins who are wearing 8s. I also noticed at the time that they were a different texture than the smaller pair I bought for my 4 year old.
