This toner contains natural ingredients, which is good for my sensitive skin. It's also fragrance-free, which is not only good for my skin (no added fragrance), but also because I'm very sensitive to strong smells. It contains no alcohol but dries fairly quickly. I actually put this toner in a small spray bottle and use it as a cooling mist in the summer. I have extremely sensitive skin and can't tolerate most toners (alcohol and/or perfume) and to be honest I usually avoid using toners altogether. But I like to have something useful to squirt on my face in the summer. And it works great for that!
