🚀 Carbub 7080595 Air Filter: Enhance Performance for Polaris Sportsman, Scrambler & Magnum ATVs Review

This is a good filter at a good price. But you get what you paid for. The diameter of this filter is much smaller than the original on my device. No problem, but it would be nice to know more information. It works. It just looks like it needs changing more often.

The flange is rounded making it difficult to install the clip that holds the filter in place. It took many times to reinstall and tighten them to eventually hold the clamp in place. If you're not patient, spend the extra money and get an OEM.

Ordered two, both for Polaris Sportsman ATVs. One for 500cu. cm 1997 and the other for 550 cc. See 2014 Install an old car that has a large air box under the seat to house the filter. But that's too long for the 2014 model, which has an airbox above the gas tank portion in front of the seat, although the seller says it would fit the 2014 model. It is a pity that the information in the ad is not correct.

For a 2014 Polaris Sportsman 570 Touring, it appears to be the same size, build and fit as the Polaris OEM filter. In a previous version of this review I complained that this filter is difficult to tighten and has no rib to hold it in place. Now that I have the OEM filter, I can see the fit and design are the same. (The K&N filter I use has a rib to hold it in place.)

I've been ordering these for our quads for about a year as the Polaris dealer wants to do business with me and after that won't even offer me a cigarette. These filters don't fit into the intake manifold as tightly as the factory filters, but they aren't strong enough to cause a problem as some other reviewers have claimed. Once you tighten the clamp it fits snugly with no gaps and I had no issues with dust getting through the filter. I buy them for 1/4 the price of a Polaris original and will…
