Not the best option for the chest.

So I used it like tape. Works fine but glue. no Cover the gaps before sticking this tape on it, because if it doesn't stick to anything, it will stick to those gaps for life. I have a large chest so 2 wears took 1 full roll. The spots where it wasn't sticking were problematic, so I didn't go in too far for fear of being exposed.

Poor quality: braces, splints and braces

I ordered this after my physical therapist bandaged my knee and it has been like a miracle cure for pain. I checked out the reviews and prices and this seemed like a winner, but after less than 24 hours of wear the tape frayed, stretched and lost its shape and slipped off my kneecap rendering it unusable. The tape my physical therapist used is kinda called Rock, I need to find that brand and order it. I do not recommend this material.

Works as well as big name duct tape

I use KT foot tape and hate paying big names for something simple to the point where I use duct tape sparingly to save money . With THIS tape I can record all the time and get the same results. Because this tape is a bit thinner, it's easier to tape feet under socks or to dry them quickly when they get wet. I don't care that colors are limited, black goes with everything.

Long-lasting adhesion!

I use Care Science Waterproof Kinesiology Tape to treat heel spurs and pain that I have suffered from for many years. It helps me get through a day when I'm on my feet for most of my shift. It is easy to apply and holds up very well. I can leave it on for up to 3 days although it leaves marks on my skin that I usually have to remove with alcohol or oil. But that's a small price to pay for the painless comfort it gives me. Full recommendation! :)

Can't live without it

If you have sciatica or tendonitis, you don't need surgery. I'm 65 years old and thought that the knife was definitely in my future. I searched YouTube for anything that could help me without surgery. The product I found was KT tape. It's amazing how much relief I felt immediately after applying the tape. But this tape was quite expensive. I found and tried the Care Science Tape on Revain. Same results. If you are in pain, search YouTube for pain information. There is probably a tape solution…

Removal can be difficult and painful.

I bought this knee brace because of my kneecap issues. It's easy to put on, but not that easy to remove. The glue on this stuff is amazing and I suppose if you're going to leave it on for a very long time, that's great. This photo is 3 days later. I tried using soap as a lubricant to remove it. He peeled off a layer of skin. It also turns gray around the edges. The support is there for a few days, but then it seems to stretch a bit. It's a lot cheaper than other tapes, but I wouldn't recommend…

Leaves glue on soft tissues, cannot remove or pull skin

I have used many types of kinesiology tape in the past including KT, FlexU and now this one. While their claim is true, "waterproof" is something. The glue they use can be dangerous and too sticky for sensitive parts of the body including but not limited to the upper arms. Look at my photo example, the tape was so difficult to remove (only overnight) that it literally left a mark by either pinching the skin or leaving an adhesive that was difficult to remove (except with rubbing alcohol). I…

Excellent for the price. Aversion to wear and tear.

When I first used this tape, as usual, I applied it to a freshly shaved, perfectly clean, bone dry knee. I applied as usual (rounded the corners of the cut pieces) and used a backing tape to activate the glue. I waited 20 minutes before putting my pants on and only where I had two overlapping ends did they roll down! I was so angry. So I deleted and started over. could it be user error? Guys I'm 5 days after applying. I've worn tight pants, loose jogging pants, leggings, and NOTHING has this…

Adheres to skin but not other bandages

UPDATE: I approve of this band because I think the issues I had were more user error than an issue with the band . I redid it to have less overlap between the bands and it took a full 3 days before it needed replacing. I still think the quality is a bit lower than the famous brand, but it works just as well. I use this tape to wrap an ankle for PTTD and the other calf for calf splints. I applied the tape last night and it stayed on my skin with no problem, but it's peeling off where it's…
