Cargo Cotton Military Brass Buckle Review

As the title suggests, there are sharp parts of the locking mechanism on the buckle. If you sit down or bend down, they can (and do) dig into the flesh. It's not comfortable. It would have been easy to archive them during production and I'm not sure why they didn't. I bought it because it was made in the USA. But now I'm wondering if this refers to the buckle or just the fabric of the belt.

Thought a US made brass buckle belt for $10 would be a good item at a good price. But the buckle isn't brass, it's brass. and the coating started peeling off the buckle the first time I put it on. The back of the buckle is almost entirely covered in silver, and the wear line between the plating and the base metal slides toward the face along the edges of the buckle. Dishonest listing. Very disappointed.

A good, durable and beautiful military style sheer belt made from quality materials in a standard adult width. The hardware works as expected. This is my second Thomas Bates belt that I have bought this year. Like the first, it is of the highest quality. I'm baffled by the negative reviews I'm seeing posted by some others and can't figure out the basis for this. I would highly recommend these belts and have absolutely no connection with this seller other than as a satisfied customer.

Without thinking that I bought this belt because my others no longer fit, this belt exceeded my expectations. Not only is it made from durable materials, it easily and instantly adjusts to how tight (or loose) I want the belt to be at the time of my choice of pants, PLUS it brought back totally fond memories of the belt I inherited got (and has since lost) from my father over 40 years ago.
