These were recommended to us by an Amish man in the northern Midwest. The warmest my husband has ever used in sub-zero temperatures.

Wonderfully warm gloves. My husband's only negative comment was about the thickness. Too fat for his slightly arthritic hands to rest on, his fingers curl forward. Otherwise the gloves are a keeper and perfect.

I really liked these gloves as they were warm and not too thick for difficult work but after a few weeks the right glove was starting to come apart at the seams which is quite is disappointing as it has to be heavy duty work gloves which are not cheap. I will not buy them again and I would advise against anyone buying them if they are going to be using them for real work.

Less than it should be. I'm 6ft 3cm and my arms are the right size for my height, an average size for a person of this size. The XL was a bit small in an area I thought the 2XL would fix, but it didn't. Use them for work. The warmest gloves I've tried, but still offer a reasonable level of dexterity. This is my second pair, the first was worn for one winter but I'm pretty picky about gloves. Not waterproof but stays fairly dry.

After the polar vortex brought the temperature down to -60 degrees due to the cold wind, I bought these to keep my fingers warm during a snowstorm. My fingers are still cold when it's below zero. They fit well, I ordered XL thinking they were a bit big, XL fits just right. Order one size larger than usual. They are well made from quality materials and the extra straps keep out drafts and snow.
