NOT warm, only use 40F or warmer.

NOT warm. My fingers are sore and burning after 10-15 minutes of digging a driveway, 10 degrees Fahrenheit with liners and outer covering. I would NOT recommend them below 40F. I've had Carharts before and really liked them, but this model is terribly poorly insulated. Big volume but doesn't keep heat even if I'm without a hat and only in a sweatshirt so as not to sweat, my fingers don't get warm in these gloves. 35-year-old male, 'active' (runs 4 miles 3 times a week). I will try to replace…

I would recommend these gloves

They run large, I have short sausage fingers and the Extra Large size I bought fits just right. When I first put them on it was about 30 degrees so I didn't use the liners that came with the gloves. Big mistake. Fingers froze in gloves after being outside for about 15 minutes. The next day it was 15 degrees and my fingers/hands stayed warm with under gloves. The gloves have not gotten wet yet so I don't know how they will perform in wet/snowy weather. The gloves are hard, maybe just because…

Pros
  • Adjustable wrist strap with drawstring closure
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Great Fit Cold Weather Gloves

This is the second pair. These gloves are very comfortable and have great dexterity. They have a removable lining and it slides out by hand. YOU MUST BE PATIENT AND BREAK IN THE GLOVES! YOU STAY INSIDE AFTER THE BREAK! I wear them to construction work and they are very durable. Great gloves!

Pros
  • Hand Wash
Cons
  • Repair

Warm and cozy in cold weather Gloves

I bought these gloves because fifty years ago my hands got frostbite and since then I've been in a lot of pain when I have to shovel/blow snow/enter their home New England. I've bought so many other "warm" gloves and they all didn't fit. Today I walked around in these gloves and my hands were fried! I'll admit it wasn't bad (28F) but it was nice not having cold, aching, stinging hands for a change. The soft inner gloves are great for driving and with a waterproof outer pair I think blowing snow

Pros
  • FastDry lining wicks sweat
Cons
  • Quality

Seam came undone on day 1

I have purchased several pairs of Carhartt winter gloves over the years and have never had this problem. This is the first pair of Pipeline gloves and I was not impressed with their durability. It may not have been the right pair, but ripping a seam in a day's work at the price I paid for it is unacceptable. There were a few things I liked about the glove but I sent them back.

Pros
  • Polytex and nylon oxford with synthetic suede on palm, fingers and thumb
Cons
  • Rosette required

Nice jumpsuit for men

I love these gloves. I have had the opportunity to use them several times and they are very warm. I only used outer gloves in single digit temperatures and my hands were very warm. I think if I was just sitting outside they would need earplugs too. The lining is also warm and works well with everyday gloves. The fit was just right as I normally wear it.

Pros
  • Slip on closure
Cons
  • Only available in white
