🔪 Carl Brands Personal Paper Trimmer Straight Replacement Blades, 4-Pack for RBT12 & RBT12N Review

I have an old paper cutter but its cutting blade is worn out. These blades matched the original paper cutter blade design exactly, but had to be modified a bit to fit the width of the blade guide in order for them to work properly in my paper cutter. The modification was easy to do and the blade works correctly as it should.

I've had a Carl paper cutter for about 17 years and all I have to do is buy these replacement blades to keep it working. Always sharp and very easy to assemble. Simply spread the plastic pusher arm a little and pull out the entire blade assembly. Raise the levers just enough to insert the new blade. I have ordered these replacement parts probably 5 or 6 times. It takes a lot of effort to matte them, and I cut cardboard almost exclusively.

I have two Carl Trimmers. Eventually I lost one and bought a second one, which was nice because now my mom and I can work on projects at the same time when she's gone. I know Carl abandoned this design in favor of a larger rotor system, but I prefer this compact design and stocked up on extra blades and scoring tools to keep my trimmers functional.
