Wringer Handle Garbage

After a month of normal use, the wringer handle is half bent! I have been in the cleaning industry for over 25 years and have never experienced anything like this. I do not recommend this product due to cheap components!

Great product, used a lot and great ringtone! I can't stand that the side ringer doesn't work very well and doesn't squeeze all the water out of my mop. Shame on the mother it's not in the housekeeping camp or the menars. There is a loss.

Why can't they do what they do

the gears are plastic and you can't push the lever hard when you push the mop head. I haven't had it for a month and the transfers are always asynchronous. Why can't they make things the way they used to so they last longer than a month? Why not make the gears and cross bars out of metal so you can apply pressure and push all the water out of the mop head.
