Resin strap, exactly the same as the original. They are flexible when new, but over time (> 1 year) they dry out, become stiff and break easily. My original band lasted a little over a year before breaking up. A complete Casio watch is only $25, and a replacement strap is almost half that of a new watch. Someone might consider buying a brand new watch. The hardest part was the installation. Tools are not provided. I had to use a jeweler's screwdriver to properly install the spring pins…

This is a real deal that is a little difficult to install but the endurance that you will do in just a few minutes is identical to the original because it is manufactured by Casio.

Today I received and installed this new bar. Uses a very small flat head screwdriver. Broken old tapes were very easy to remove by squeezing the retaining springs. But the installation of new lanes caused headaches in the rear. With perseverance, it took me about an hour to install. But now that the group is standing, it's great!

As mentioned before, pay a few bucks more and buy a new watch! Many times they tried to get a needle to catch a hole in the watch but to no avail. I actually scratched the plastic on the watch trying to get the pin in far enough to get into the pin hole. It's easy to remove the old tape but you have to squeeze the new tape to get the pin deep enough into the tape slot, think of it like changing car tires and you only have screwdrivers to pry open. Harnesses really are great, but why are they so expensive? I guess it makes you think about buying a brand new watch for a few bucks more. What's wrong with our world? Damn consumer economy bs.

I couldn't get the pins into the holes in the clock to attach it. It looks like the tolerances are too tight or the strip material is too thick. I was able to insert one end of the pin into the watch case but was unable to insert the other end into the matching hole. I returned the group.
