CEC Bulb 2 25V 0 56W Base Review

This is exactly what I wanted when the lightbulb blew out in my old Wahl soldering iron. It works great and gives a circle of light right where I soldered. I also used one on an old magnifying glass with light that also blew but now it's working again!

I've been looking for these old fashioned flashlight bulbs for a long time. They needed to replace a blown lightbulb in an old appliance that would have been expensive to replace. I really only needed one, but most places where the additional shipping cost was more than buying 10 pieces. Ooooh, now I have a lot of spare parts.

The lamp fits my illuminated magnifier and gives the same light intensity as the old original lamp. I think the key is to compare the shape of the lamp as well as the characteristics (cap, wattage, etc.) of the lamp you are replacing before making a decision.

The package of bulbs arrived quickly and intact and I put some to use right away. I bought some vintage Cub Scout Flip Lights (flashlights) and the right bulbs. They give good light for a small bulb. One has already burned out, but after some research I found that the lifespan of each bulb is about 5 hours. The bulbs come in a pack of 10 and are very reasonably priced so I plan on ordering more in the future. Yes I recommend this seller.

I was looking for replacement bulbs for my soldering iron, found everything too expensive, then I came across these. You get 10 for about the same price other people sell for two. So what's not to like? For the price, if one blows, screw in another. My original headlights lasted 15 years! No more soldering in the dark when they are under the dashboard or hood, they work like a small spotlight and perfectly illuminate the work area without an additional light source or flashlight.

These bulbs looked GREAT in our 100 year old dollhouse lights. Really perfect shape, all the pears were good quality and well packaged. I didn't make (in the dollhouse spaces) these bulbs look more like a spotlight than a spotlight, so the light falls on the floor in a circular fashion rather than dimly illuminating the entire dollhouse space. Anyway, my 24 volt transformer was running too much current through the house, blowing some of the lightbulbs (all my fault). Conclusion: Great pears…
