Ideal as a side marker light in my car. It is said that MANY numbers of different types are "same" and interchangeable. This is anything but true. Just because it FITS doesn't mean it WORKS. Make sure the voltage/current/power are appropriate for your application. A lamp used for a side marker light is probably not suitable for tools.

Fits with my license plate lights (2) on my 2003 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.6L V8. This lamp is correct for each manufacturer, but can also be used instead of 194 (less bright: 3.8 W) or 2825 (brighter: 5 W) lamps. A very good deal for under $10 that I paid considering most places sell them for $6 for a pack of 2 bulbs. A pack of 10 will require me to buy more but I will advise others to buy because it is such a good deal and works as you would expect.
