🍝 Certified International Multicolor Valencia Pasta Review

Thought they were Italian bowls. After all, these shells are "Valencia". They're Chinese, aren't they, and they're made in China just like everything else - junk! The painting looks like a watercolor project from four years ago. If my wife hadn't washed them and removed the tags we would have sent them back. I'll probably give them away in good faith.

I love these pasta bowls - they're thick and sturdy and pretty too. They get HOT in the microwave, so I use them for serving, not reheating. They also absorb moisture from the dishwasher and when I take them off the shelf they usually have water on them - it's clean and I just wipe it off but I wasn't expecting that.

I've been using these bowls for almost a year now. You've really brought some sunshine to our grim life here up north. However, be careful. These dishes are so cheerful and colorful that they can cause displeasure with other, grayer dishes. Today, a Pffaltzgraff creamer from a pottery set I've had for years, a matte white thing with a blue flower on it, made a suicide jump into my dishwasher to smash one of those lucky bowls, the green one, into pieces.
