While the micro USB lightning adapter works, the plastic used for the tether is quite brittle. I had a hard time getting mine over the cable and it splintered so badly the plastic ripped. It's in place now, but I'm not impressed with the quality of the plastic (it should be more resilient or rubbery in my opinion). Cozy's cable impressed me more as it's a bit longer and the plastic feels a lot more durable as it's thicker. Wouldn't buy.

In the original packaging, one adapter was short and the other was damaged. Following the instructions on the box I contacted their customer service and they promptly sent a replacement which arrived complete and working. The product itself is as described, you get two adapters and two leashes and they have worked with all my devices so far. The only complaint is that it didn't display properly the first time, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was fixed.

As much as I would like this product to work, it has a couple of major drawbacks: 1- The plastic piece that attaches the adapter to the cable is too flimsy and will break when you use it Don't do it Handle it very carefully 2- The big problem is that the adapter is just inserted into the plastic case and not fixed tightly, which makes it easy to fall out, and such a small adapter is easy to lose. In my opinion these two issues add up to 3 stars out of 5. But when you add that it's almost double
