This is my second order of this product. I fixed some headphones relatively easily. Sometimes when screwing on the jacket, there is a very small gap that leads to a short to ground. Just add some hot glue and you're good to go. I really like these plugs. I recommend them.

Another review shows this with a picture, they are too long. My phone and my Xbox controller are too small for it. My PC adapter fits perfectly. A little too long. Didn't realize this was a thing, I should have checked the review first. hope you see it

Arrived quickly. 2 days from order Packaging looked as pictured and described Easy to solder, heat shrink would have been nice. I had one so it worked fine. Tested with music and calls from an iPhone. Worked great with my Xbox game too. It's a bit long as described in another review. See photo. Hope it lasts long.👍👍

I never thought that such a standard product could differ in its dimensions. When we tried them, they made intermittent contact in the male part. Upon further investigation, it turns out that they differ from other similar connectors by as much as 40 or 50 thousandths of an inch (more) - enough to cause reliability problems.

Great! They have fold-out pins that make soldering or even testing connections at temperature easier. My eyes aren't what they used to be, this feature alone has made them amazing. The quality is solid. The spring at the end is a bit too big, but that can be fixed with a crimp. I will never buy another TRRS connector again after using these. If you hate making cables because of the pain of soldering, this will ease some of that pain.

The materials are good and it would be a great product but the actual part of the jack is a bit too long and the bars on some of them are not straight. In order for them to work, you must rotate them while using them until the sound is clear. I will say after about a week of use everything seemed to straighten out and adjust so you don't have to fix it that often. But even after that, they don't work exactly the way you want them to. These candles were a waste of time and money. I ordered them to fix a gaming headset (my all-time favorite) that is no longer made.
