Be sure to measure your stomach and order a size up that fits your measurements. My husband's measurements fit a few inches to XL so I ordered both XL and XXL just to be sure. Size XL barely fit on the stomach, size XXL fitted perfectly.

love the back brace, it fits perfectly! Unlike the previous one I had to return from another seller, this was a different product but it's comfortable and I can wear it under my work clothes. I have herniated discs in my back and this seems to help with back pain and tension. Thanks very much!

Nice except for the size Better to have gut like the guy in the picture I'm 6ft 163lbs (I have about 10lbs of gut due to swelling) Very ordered large and can only be taken an inch. Velcro works well and can grab anywhere. Just ordered size xx, let's see how it works.

The straps are short, made for small or medium people. I bought a large one and the strap always went up my back, not the little ones my back. So I bought XLARGE but the result is the same. Bad design, if you are tall don't buy this. You should specify the length of the strap so you can see if it will fit or not.

I injured my lower back (L4 and L5) about 40 years ago and have been using this type of device for 30 years. Make sure to wear it REALLY snug just above your hips for it to be effective. The size is much smaller than advertised, XL fits more like a medium. My waist is 38 inches. I had to stretch it to the wear limit. I used it at work and at home about 25-30 hours a week. Lost my entire "stretch" in 3 months. Not worth the money.
