Product works great I work outside in heavy long trousers due to my job so I sweat a lot but with the chafing I didn't have as much discomfort in the groin area.

Puffy chafing is a big problem for me and works great when wearing shorts or a dress. I also use it in my swimwear, but you have to reapply it once you're out of the water.
