This is a really cute bag. It was well assembled and there were no problems with it during delivery. The straps are very comfortable and it's taller rather than wider. I'm pretty sure my documents, Kindle, lunch, and spare shoes all fit in with no problem. ***Update 8/10/19********* I've been using this bag for a few months now. It's spacious. This bag has held up exceptionally well when I'm carrying my tablet, lunch, shoes and whatever else I can squeeze to and from work. I like the zippered side pocket (easy to find my phone); a hidden front pocket behind the giraffe's torso for easy access to a pen or other small items; an inside hook where I keep my work access card and always know where it is; and most importantly, an external key fob to attach to my bag and my other keys.
