🏸 Outdoor Shuttlecocks by Champion Sports – Premium Nylon Design Review

I bought them when the quarantine started so my kids and I could play badminton and exercise in the yard. I swore I had clubs in my garage, but damn I didn't have any. You are lost or in the wrong place. So now I have this can of birds and no bats. Now I will order rackets! Although the birds are great I can't complain!

These birds are the best birds ever played with. As can be seen in the picture, the birds show no deterioration after about 3-4 hours of intense play. This is my first of 6. I wish I had known about nylon birds sooner. Also for the price of these items this is a great buy for customers.

I bought this item because our old shuttlecock fell apart as my daughter likes to play badminton every afternoon. I took the first one from this tube and used it every day for a while. I surprisingly held up considering it hits pavement concrete and asphalt concrete quite often. It could be a very long time before we need to buy more of these if the other 5 in the tube prove as stable as the first. I definitely recommend this product.

We bought a badminton set in the spring and it became our one hour family party every night. We blew a bird overnight so I bought them and in the few weeks we had we finally started breaking the first one we took out of the box. We're still playing with it and haven't gotten a second one out yet. To say we are impressed is an understatement! They have withstood very well daily use with different skills. Will buy more if/when we need them.

These birds are great for the average guy like me who doesn't play badminton for the Olympic trials but just for fun knocking the daylight out of something and still enjoys the game with my kids to play. They won't fly like rubber-nosed birds forever, so you can crush them completely and still have a game with them! The only downside to this is that in strong winds if you ride upwind you lose (even if you WOULD be an Olympian!) because you can get enough power on it. But for the price they are…

At first glance they seem to be well made. Second, the upper feels more like styrofoam than rubber, which means it's fairly light. Too light to stay upright in any wind which was the reason for purchasing a shuttlecock designed for outdoor play. I gave it 3 stars just because I think it's decent quality if you're looking for a birdie that won't rip or fall apart all over the place.
