This item was scrap. It overheated every time I used it. The allegations that came to an end were short-lived. I have now purchased a genuine Dell charger directly from Dell.

To be honest I was skeptical at first because I didn't know what the problem was with my computer and why it wouldn't charge. I was so scared it wouldn't work because it wasn't Dell, but I bought it (and at such a great price) for a lot less than what Dell is selling and I've never been happier. It works fantastic. I use it every day, it's a good length and just a great buy! would recommend.

I bought this charger as a replacement because my parrot loves to chew on my original when I'm not looking. It does the job. Delivery was quick which was appreciated should it be needed in the future.

I ordered this charger with the intention of charging a Dell Vostro 3590 which the description says can handle it. That's not the case. In retrospect, I should have spent a few euros more. Lesson learned. Sending it back would have taken me more time and effort, so I did something else.

This product was powering my laptop but not charging it. When I'm working somewhere that I can stay plugged in, it works great, but the battery doesn't charge even when the laptop isn't being used.
