Product gets incredibly hot

Caution! This is a low quality product. This adapter gets very hot. It gets so hot during use that I can't touch it. Due to fears of flammability and fire hazard, I do not consider it safe to use.

Feels too hot, poorly finished, melted after 3 months of accidental use!

Bought in May 2020 and use it on my HP laptop about 2 times a week and it melts, so hot, smells like plastic, too hot to touch! Very badly done! Do not buy! I'm glad I realized how hot and melted it was before it caught fire!

Works well and is good value

This charger is a good replacement for the original charger. It was smaller and lighter, which is an added benefit that I wasn't expecting. My laptop charges with no problems. The cables were the same length as the previous cables (I used to buy replacement chargers with very short cables). Overall good value for money.

I finally bought a new battery for my laptop, it was old and I was worried it might not work with it. But I'm glad I bought it because it works great! Came in all appropriate packaging, even with a company guarantee, not Revain. Even if this is the case, Revain gives you the option to get an extra guarantee. I haven't had any problems with it yet. I expect that he lives for a long time.

Exactly what the wife wanted

Charger works very well. My wife wanted a 3 season porch charger so she could take her laptop out onto the porch and get online. I know it needs a new battery but this was a good option and a good price. This summer, it finds many uses. Works much better than constantly unplugging and moving the charger around with it.

Already moved?!: Computers and Accessories

I bought this a few months ago to replace my original power cord for my HP Elitebook. I've been using this replacement cable for two months. The power from him to my laptop suddenly cut off. I checked all the connections and noticed that the power supply is very hot in the middle of the cable and is clearly DEFORMED! That's ridiculous. In normal use, the power supply should not be deformed in this way.
