They work. The one I received had a small piece of metal ring, preserved during the manufacturing process, on the inside of the charging cable connector socket that had to be removed before the cable could be connected. fully inserted

That does not work. Fried Instant

I bought this to replace a tablet that was difficult to charge. You have to hold the cable a certain way for it to work. It's clear that the problem was in the charging connector, as several cables had the same thing. I bought it hoping it would work, but it failed immediately. First, the tools that come with the kit are useless. You try to open the tablet with their help, and the soft plastic just flexes and gives.
