Read this if your cables don't support fast charging

The first impression of these cables was very good. The nylon braid makes them very durable, and the leather closure is a nice touch for organizing cords. (Looks way better than the buns I usually use) When I plugged in my phone (Galaxy S8) I noticed something was wrong. When I connected this cable and my phone to an official Samsung charger, the fast charging message at the bottom of the screen did not appear. Fast warranty processing of defective products after yse

It's rare to get a great and quick return/refund service from e-commerce these days, so I don't usually try to start a return/ Refund like it's a lot of trouble. However, JSAUX is an exception. I use my phone A LOT for work and subject it to physical constraint and flexing, and usually the weak point is the Type-C connector section of the cable. Updated 6/13/18. I am pleased to report that after contacting the manufacturer regarding the promised product warranty - all via email - I was promptly replied to. . Within 4 days I received new cables and replaced the 2 original cables I brought in January 2018 which were defective. As I mentioned, very durable material, no breaks or flashes on the cord itself, which alone explains why the cords aren't charging.
