I wasn't looking for anything out of the ordinary so the plastic suited me. But I just got this today and it's a piece of crap. There is a large crack on the bottom and an ugly scratch on the side of the lid. I would return but Revain has become so tedious to return products in my area. Just don't waste your money, spend a few bucks more for something better.

This dish was very durable and kept the air and air pollutants out of the oil we wanted to remove from the fridge, so it wasn't difficult. He did his job. From a distance it looks like cut glass and on the worktop it looks very elegant. It was a beautiful, more formal addition to the dining table and also adorned the breakfast table. I recommend because the price is great!
