Very disappointed with the operation of the heater

The product worked perfectly during the 2020 Christmas dinner, but one of the three heaters did not stay on during the 2021 Easter dinner. It looks like a short has occurred if the heater turns on and off when plugged into an outlet. The other two heaters were plugged into the same outlet and kept warm throughout Easter dinner. Waste of money as I can no longer return the product.

Ease of use in dinnerware and serveware

I had three of these in Arizona. I wanted to give it to my daughter in NE. On every holiday she carried pots and the like to serve dinner. I showed her they keep 2 half aluminum bowls or several smaller ones to keep dinner warm. They are easy to work with. Warms up a cold dinner to keep it warm while reheating. They are very easy to clean and very easy to work with, which has made her life a lot easier. They are wonderful, I would recommend them to anyone having fun or even eating outside.

Must be granite, marble or similar countertop for safe use!

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately I did not open the box during my return period, otherwise I would have sent it back immediately. The warning states to place only on a heat resistant surface and then gives examples. In my house there is not a single flat surface made of permissible materials. If you don't have a granite, marble or similar countertop, DO NOT BUY IT! You can't use on wood, laminate or even a stove top! Totally useless!
