A fur cape is everything! I bought it for engagement photos knowing it was going to be cooler that day. There was a nice brooch in the kit but I didn't use it. I used the clasp it is built into to close it. Great quality, super soft and fits perfectly.

I had a wedding a few weeks ago and it was out in Southern California (it was 70 degrees outside) I needed something to cover up. Not only did it warm me up, but it got so many compliments. People were shocked when I told them I got this from Revain. The quality was amazing and it didn't shed at all. I'm so glad I bought this!

I bought it to wear with an opera evening dress and it was perfect! In itself elegant and subtly warm, but you can easily intensify the coverage with opera-length gloves. I look forward to using it again. It's a bit wide for me (my shoulder span is 46cm/18") so you might notice that it slips a bit at times, but this is easily remedied by reinforcing the clasp with the brooch provided.

The dimensions of the product corresponded to the photo, however the texture and coloring were more similar to my carpet. Color and texture might have been doable had it not been for shedding. I tried pairing it with a navy blue evening dress and immediately saw the "fluff" at the top of the dress. Unfortunately I have not found anything to wear it with that would not show the transference of the material of the products.

I think if you're using this for something like a costume party, this might suit you. I just didn't think the quality of the faux fur was good enough to wear to a high end special event. The fur reminded me of Chewbacca from Star Wars and indeed the fur on one side of the cape I received did look curly. The brooch it came with looked decent as did the lining but I decided to return it and spend more money to find a better one.

Beautiful cloak. The black faux fur is soft and looks real. The packaging has a nice lining and the folded top edge gives it an elegant look. Folds on the elbows give more freedom of movement. Unfortunately I could not wear it like in the photo because my shoulders are too wide (22 inches). I had to cross my arms to keep it in place. Regardless, the wedding I attended was a knockout. very warm - highly recommended for elegant outdoor activities in cool weather.

Ordered this at the last minute for a costume party. It arrived on time which was great. I took it out and put it on. There is a hook to keep it closed. I snapped the hook shut and turned to look in the mirror. This slight movement caused the eyelet of the latch to detach completely from the clothing. Now I have no way to enclose it and keep it from slipping off my shoulders. I'm very disappointed but it's too late to return it as my costume party is in two days. I am very disappointed in this…

Beautiful! I wore this on New Year's Eve knowing the place we were visiting would be cold and it was perfect! I was warm but not uncomfortable to move or dance, although I had to take it off to dance! I got compliments all night on how stylish it looked. It's amazing that it was so affordable! The scarf looks much more expensive than it is! I also love that the Clío, which zips down the center front, is hidden and out of the way.
