I ordered a size 8 from this brand and also a french toast. The rest fits perfectly even after using the adjustable strap. These look awful. I washed them once and they look like they've been washed 20 times, not the other brand. I will never buy this brand again.

These pants are nice and soft but much smaller than any other size 10 I've bought for my daughter. The waist is adjustable, so no problem. The length is the problem. Her size 8 is longer than these pants so she loved it. I ended up buying another brand that fits the bill. If your daughter is shorter than most children her age then this is probably a good fit.
