Pants are soft and warm. They fit exactly as I expected, just like 7/8 fit this brand. They are thin fleece. I will say that after a few washes they look a bit suspicious if you look very closely (but it's barely noticeable). My daughter loves to wear them every day, I've bought several pairs. We even used them under her winter pants.
