My baby is skinny, about 78 lbs 4ft 10in. We have an issue between the length and what waist size is right for her. This one is perfect. Not too tight on the waist, just right and it falls just above the knee.

Soft material with a fitted but not tight waist. This is a new toddler favorite. It hasn't faded and hasn't diminished yet. And it's been washed half a dozen times already. I will buy it again if we need the next size up. And I am sure that this skirt will also do the second owner good if it is inherited.
