I've spent quite a bit of time looking for a good iPad case because my son who is a toddler keeps banging his iPad all over the place. It was a good choice. I'm surprised there isn't an unpleasant odor (like in some rubber cases). generally odorless. it looks thick but feels soft and always looks very clean even when my son nibbles on it, especially on his feet.
